    This corset is so amazing. I've tried others in the past and ended up throwing them away because they poke you in the ribs. This one holds you in, doesn't bend/fold when you sit. It's very breathable. I use one of mine during workouts. It helps with your posture. The adjustment is a PLUS. I will definitely recommend this to anyone with core/ mid-section problem. 💯💯💯👌👌👌❤️❤️❤️❤️
